I was wondering how to export binary data for fonts whose pixel data per row exceeds 32 bits. For example, to export a Liberation 72 pt. one-character font (# 64, the "@" symbol) the dialog will only allow rows up to 32 bits wide. In this test case the "@" symbol is 97 pixels wide, or a row width of what should be 104 bits. Later, when confirming the glyph size within the binary, the math does not agree with the size it should be. This particular test properly saved 107 rows but the file size was 428 bytes, or 32 bits (4 bytes) * 107 rows. It seems like it should be 104 bits (13 bytes) * 107 rows, or 1391 bytes.
Is there some kind of workaround I can use or is the maximum point size that can be exported limited to something that fits with a 32-bit row?

I may have figured a partial workaround using the export to BDF option. At least I'll be able to manually type in the hex information with that method, but it will be a slow go.
I am still interested in the more direct binary option, though.

Hello,
The binary export feature is a quick hack I made when I needed to export 8x8 fonts as binary data. I'm working on improving it to allow proprietary sizes and different layouts, but currently you are unfortunately limited to a maximum of 32 bits per row.
