[we need help!] Not possible to map 22 characters

First allow me to say 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH!' for Fony, it's beautiful program for designing fonts I'll say even that it's the BEST tool
for creating oldschool fonts ever!
I've made a lot of videos how I use Fony to draw my font for TomeNET - playlist with ~30 videos of drawing: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9rAD3b1ZBA53BNO45z7qHh9TeOqc5D7h
With the help of FONY I recently made free-to-use 1-bit tileset for TomeNET, my favorite online game (tomenet.eu): mmoforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=397&p=724 ... It looks like:
I'll be very happy if someone would use this tileset/font in any projects It's totally free-to-use without any obligations!
But we got a trouble...
There is a bug - currently it's not possible to map characters at certain glyphs of this graphical font: 0, 16-31, 129, 141, 143, 144, 157
We already got some brainstorming over this problem there:

And got to the point that 129, 141, 143, 144, 157 doesn't work cause it's Windows protected glyphs...
But we still got 16-31! As 1-16 works for remapping (but actually they are 'system' commands), it has to be possible to make 16-31 work too!
Please, please, PLEASE! I beg you, please help us to fix this problem!

How to be able to show there actual glyphs from font? I've attached file to the message.
Don't hesitate to post any assumptions and hypothesis considering this bug, lets discuss it. Any hints could be useful!
