Limit number of glyphs per line doesn't work?

I'm trying to export a font as a glyph sheet, so under Export as Bitmap I selected "Grid, glyphs per row: 16".

But the result is just a "snake" model (all the glyphs are exported one after the other in a long row). Did I miss a setting somewhere or is this a bug?

Oh right I missed this part: "The next version will contain a revamped bitmap exporter. The new dialog is already in place, but the new changes are not functional yet." It doesn't work yet
